MUM was established in 2012. In our journey in trying to bring good vegetarian food to Hong Kong. Since 2016, Shojin-Ryori from Japan has become the principle and foundation of our food and we design our dishes with the ingredients available in Hong Kong.

It is our brief at MUM that to truly know the beauty of food, we need a grateful heart – to our nature, our farmers, chefs and people around us.
